PKR Only: p365 game operates exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Any deposits made in foreign currencies via international card schemes may be declined or returned at the player's expense.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This one-time verification requirement applies before your first withdrawal and is designed to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing flow.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Real-money deposits not subject to any active bonus are always withdrawable subject to verification and the standard withdrawal process.

Bets placed on p365 game are final once confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is recorded. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the selection, stake and odds cannot be altered. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event. For cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather or decided by a Super Over, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as stated in the individual market description.
A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it begins; the event does not reach the scheduled completion point required for settlement; a clear pricing error is identified; or the bet was placed on a market that should not have been available. Voided bets are returned as the original stake to the player's PKR wallet.
In-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are accepted subject to odds availability at the time of bet placement. In-play odds update continuously during a match. p365 game reserves the right to suspend an in-play market at any time. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected. A bet confirmation message and reference number confirm that a live bet has been successfully recorded.
Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are settled by multiplying the odds of each leg. If any single leg in an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and removed from the slip, with the combined odds recalculated across the remaining legs. If all legs of an accumulator are voided, the full stake is returned.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current maximum payout values are displayed within the Platform. Any bet whose calculated return exceeds the applicable maximum payout will be paid at the maximum payout amount rather than the full calculated return. Players are advised to review maximum limits before placing high-stake bets.

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
